Job Overview
Justdial is looking for a Sales and Marketing Specialist in Ambala to drive business growth by acquiring new customers, promoting digital solutions, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role involves field sales, client meetings, lead generation, product presentations, and revenue generation across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential business clients
- Present Justdial products and digital business solutions
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Promote JD Omni and other business solutions
- Conduct field visits and client meetings
- Support local marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure renewals
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline
- Candidate must belong to Ambala, Shahbad, Rajpura, Yamunanagar, or nearby areas within 40 km
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales, marketing, business development, or customer acquisition preferred
- Knowledge of digital marketing, online platforms, or SaaS solutions is an advantage
- Comfortable with field sales and client interactions
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Requirements
- Own two-wheeler for field visits
- Smartphone with minimum 6GB RAM
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
