District Education Officers (DEOs) and District Elementary Education Officers (DEEOs) have been instructed to ensure that teachers’ service records are updated accurately on the MIS Portal within the prescribed deadlines.

August 10 Fixed as Qualifying Date

The department has designated August 10, 2026, as the qualifying date for the online transfer process. All teacher records and service details must be updated according to their status as of this date.

Officials emphasized that accurate data entry is essential for ensuring transparency and fairness during the transfer process.

Teachers to Verify Profiles from August 11

As per the revised schedule, government school teachers will be able to update and verify their personal and service profiles on the MIS portal from August 11 to August 17, 2026.

During this period, teachers are expected to review their employment details, service history, and other relevant information to avoid discrepancies before the transfer process proceeds.

Scores and Service Tenure to Be Published

The Education Department will publish teachers’ transfer scores and service tenure details between August 18 and August 19, 2026.

This information will allow teachers to verify the criteria used in the online transfer system before filing any objections.

Objection Window Opens on August 20

Teachers who find any errors in their records or transfer scores can submit objections from August 20 to August 24, 2026.

All claims and objections will be reviewed by the District-Level Committee between August 25 and August 31.

The committee’s decisions will be published on September 1, 2026.

State-Level Appeal Process

Teachers who remain dissatisfied with the district committee’s decision will have the opportunity to file an appeal before the State-Level Committee from September 2 to September 4, 2026.

The department has advised all teachers to adhere strictly to the revised timeline to avoid delays in the online transfer process.
