Ambala Crime News : The CIA-1 team of Ambala Police has achieved a major breakthrough by arresting nine accused involved in robbery, snatching, and buffalo theft cases across the district. The arrests were made during investigations into three separate criminal incidents, helping police crack multiple cases at once.
According to DSP Crime Virender, the accused were taken into custody and questioned during police remand. After the completion of the remand period, all nine suspects were produced before the court and subsequently sent to judicial custody.
Among those arrested is Burhan, who was allegedly involved in a buffalo theft case. Police records reveal that he has a long criminal history, with around 25 cases registered against him under the NDPS Act, theft, and cattle smuggling-related offenses.
Police officials stated that the operation is part of an ongoing drive against organized crime in Ambala. The arrests are expected to help investigators uncover further links to criminal activities in the region. Authorities have reaffirmed their commitment to maintaining law and order and taking strict action against repeat offenders.
