According to the complaint filed with the police, the incident took place in Laxmi Nagar, located behind BD Flour Mill in Ambala. The complainant, Komal Saini, alleged that she was staying at her parental home when the incident occurred on June 9.
Komal told police that her husband, Sumit Saini, had left home earlier that morning for business-related work. At the same time, her father Ramesh Saini and elder brother Gaurav Saini had reportedly gone to Ambala City Court for official work, leaving her alone at the residence.

The complainant alleged that soon after entering the residence, the accused began opening cupboards, storage boxes, and household containers in search of valuables and documents. When she objected to their actions, an argument reportedly broke out inside the house.
Komal further alleged that the confrontation quickly turned violent. She claimed that the accused physically assaulted her and attempted to intimidate her. According to the complaint, Ishwar Singh allegedly grabbed her by the neck and covered her mouth during the altercation. The woman stated that she felt threatened and feared for her safety throughout the incident.
The complainant also accused the group of damaging property inside the house while creating a disturbance. Family members later informed local authorities, following which police personnel reached the location and intervened.
After receiving the complaint, police took immediate action and reportedly detained all four accused individuals named in the case. Based on the statement provided by the complainant, a First Information Report (FIR) has been registered against Vishal Saini, Reena Saini, Ishwar Singh, and Sulochana Devi under relevant sections related to assault, criminal intimidation, trespassing, and disturbing public peace.
